I know everyone has been wondering what is happening with Target and Funko?
With the botched release of ECCC Rick and Morty 2 Pack and Star Wars Celebration Qui Gon Jinn.
Then the sudden clearance of every Pop! in the store, the question on the street was.. “Is Target getting out of the Pop! game?”
Well we all have an answer now!
Word from a Target employee is that by end of May beginning of June, Target will be clearing out all inventory to make room for new and upcoming Pop!s.
There will also be a reset of the electronics section, which begins tomorrow.
The Target employee also mentioned that “It’s gonna be schwifty (hint hint)”
I’d be on the look out for R&M Wave 2 showing up in a Target near you soon!
