Important changes are coming to the Disney Treasures subscription service that will impact your Annual Subscription and require your action in order to purchase future boxes, including the Adventures box. Please review the changes below and visit the

Changes to Your Subscription
In effort to allow Funko to focus on what they do best – creating unique, quality collectibles, Funko will be discontinuing the subscription offering for the Disney Treasures box on April 2, 2018. Therefore, the current Disney Treasures box offered by Funko will be the last collectibles box available for purchase by account holders, but the process is changing.
Transition to Retail
Have no fear! The boxes aren’t disappearing completely. After the discontinuation date, Funko will be transitioning the Disney Treasures collectibles box to retail. Funko will be partnering with an exclusive retailer to deliver a Disney Treasures box as a retail offering. Stay tuned for upcoming details.
Important Account Changes and How to Purchase Boxes
In preparation to transitioning this service to retail and due to limited inventory, changes will be made to the Disney Treasures offering and to your account. As of today, Friday, February 16, 2018, all annual subscription accounts will have auto renew turned off. Therefore, if you’ve reached your annual renewal date, your account status will move from an active subscriber to an account holder. Annual Subscribers not renewing will receive the current Adventures collectibles box.
As an account holder, you will:
- Need to log in to your account to purchase the current Adventures collectibles box as part of the Disney Treasures Subscription service.
Steps to Logging in and Purchasing Boxes
- Visit https://www.funko.com/subscriptions/disney
- Click ‘My Account,’ enter your email address and your password, and click ‘Log In.’
- Navigate to the Members Exclusives section where you will find the current box, as well as past boxes.
- Add the current box, and any past boxes, to your cart and proceed through the check-out process.
- Your entire cart will be processed for payment upon check-out.
- The current Disney Treasures box, will ship in early-April, while any past boxes ordered will be shipped immediately.
Refunds
Once the Disney Treasures Subscription service is discontinued, any refunds for annual subscription boxes that are not fulfilled will be processed back to the credit card currently on file in your account. For example, if your annual subscription was scheduled to renew in August 2018, you will be refunded for the balance of your annual subscription between the discontinuation date and your original August 2018 renewal date. Please ensure that the credit card and billing information for your account is up to date.
Annual Gift
As an Annual Subscriber to Disney Treasures, you will receive your annual subscription gift. Even if your annual subscription is not completed and Funko issues a refund for boxes not fulfilled, we will still send you the Disney Treasures Annual Subscriber’s gift. Annual gifts will be delivered within a month of your annual renewal date.
Box Availability
The inventory of the Disney Treasures Adventures collectible box, offered by Funko, will be limited. Existing Annual Subscribers will be guaranteed a box, with the balance of inventory offered to all Account Holders. See steps above to secure a box.
Your Action Items
- If you have reached your annual renewal date and are being moved to an account holder, and are interested in the Adventures box, you will need to log in to your account to purchase. Quantities will be limited.
